Tidbits of info:  

To CLOSE MENUS, hit ESC.
To UNDO an entry, hit CTRL - ESC (and repeat to remove numerous entries)
To DELETE/CLEAR variables within a document, type DelVar (followed by the variable name) on a Calculator page.
